Cancelations
Please let us know within 24 hours with any changes or cancelations. After 24 hours, your order will go into production and we cannot guarantee we can cancel it.
Damages
If your product is damaged in delivery or you are unsatisfied with the quality of your product, please let us know within 7 days of receipt for a full replacement. Do not discard the product until you have contacted us in case we need photos or may need for it to be returned to us.
General Returns
Notice of general returns must be made within 5 business days of the receipt of the order. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return the product. Refund for the product will be made within 2 weeks of receiving the return. Originial shipping costs are not refundable.
Custom Returns
Any products that include customization are not elegible for return unless damage has occured. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
